Do I need an account, and is my collection private?
No. FlaconKeep has no account, no sign-in and no cloud. It works fully offline and your collection lives only on your device. There are no ads and no tracking. Nothing is sent to a server we run, and you can export the whole collection to CSV or a ZIP backup at any time, free.
Can I import my spreadsheet, and can I get my data back out?
Yes to both. Paste your spreadsheet export, map the columns, review duplicates and import in minutes, with no re-typing. ZIP backup, restore and CSV export are free at every tier. A restore is validated before anything is wiped. Reaching a free cap never blocks viewing, backing up or exporting what you already added.
How does FlaconKeep track how much perfume is left in a bottle?
In practical fractions: full, three quarters, half, a quarter or low, with optional millilitres. A burn rate tells you when a bottle will run dry, and each wear shows an estimated cost per logged wear. It never pretends to count every spray. When a bottle runs low, you can swap in a backup.
Is FlaconKeep an alternative to Parfumo or ScentShelf?
